The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams, and educational materials to food service managers. Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and food sanitation training.

Local Environmental Agriculture Project (LEAP) offers in-person classes and testing the second Monday of every month, online proctor services, and retesting. Private classes are available for groups of ten or more. All exams are offered and proctored by LEAP Kitchen Manager, Jeff Bland. Email Jeff at kitchen@leapforlocalfood.org for more information about arranging a private class for your group.
