In 2022, CVHS Staff joined together to raise funds and established the "Future Teachers Scholarship" to be awarded to CVHS seniors pursuing a career in Teaching.
The need for teachers in Arizona and throughout the US is unprecedented. Statistics have indicated a need for as many as 69 million new teachers worldwide by 2030 to meet global education goals. We hope to encourage and help those seeking a career in the teaching field by creating this scholarship fund.
The fund is managed by the Gilbert Education Foundation 501(c)3 Tax ID#86-1023126 and disbursed upon the direction of the scholarship nominating committee through CVHS. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law, please consult your tax advisor for specifics.
